What I do for Golden Heart Ranch (role): Executive Director and Chair What I do in my "real" life: Take care of my family, and build the Ranch! What I do for a better world: Help those that cannot speak for themselves. My fave book: Jitterbug Perfume, almost everything by Steinbeck, and a secret passion for romance novels. My fave music: The Rolling Stones! Harry Bellafonte. Tom Jones.Louis Armstrong .Classical. Almost any kind of music will make my toes tap.. 1 minute about me (hobbies, family, etc.): My husband and I have two great sons, Sam and Justin, a rowdy boxer and a cat. We enjoy living by the beach and spend much of our time outdoors. My passions are reading, gardening and travel. |

| What I do for Golden Heart Ranch (role): Vice-Chairman What I do in my "real" life: An IT Technology Consultant for EMC Corporation working closely with Healthcare and Energy customers in Southern California. What I do for a better world: I believe ongoing personal development and community contribution so that I can help others. My fave book and song: Bruce Courtenay - The Power of One, All music but my favorite would be the opera Madame Butterfly 1 minute about me (hobbies, family, etc.): Personally I am a computer geek and as a family we enjoy outdoor activities - Hiking, Camping, and Cycling. Together with my wife Kim and my son Ryan, each weekend we enjoy 2-4 hour cycling trips with our Tandem bicycle and Trailer. |

What I do for Golden Heart Ranch (role): Vice President What I do in my "real" life: Take care of my family, which currently entails homeschooling my special needs son! I am also on the board of Advocates for Special Kids. What I do for a better world: Support parents of special needs kids through Advocates for Special Kids support group. My husband and I support a mother and 2 beautiful little girls in South Africa affected by HIV. My fave book: Hinds Feet on High Places by Hannah Hunnard My fave music: You & Me by Cecelio and Kapono 1 minute about me (hobbies, family, etc.): My husband and I have two kids. We enjoy living by the beach and spend much of our time outdoors. My passions are organizing stuff, reading, gardening, stand up paddling, outrigger canoeing, and raising awareness about the crisis in Zimbabwe and South Africa. |

| What I do for Golden Heart Ranch (role): Treasurer What I do in my "real" life: Executive Vice President, Lockton Insurance Brokers (the largest privately owned insurance broker in the world) What I do for a better world: Help build a more tolerant, accepting, and compassionate world where we all understand, accept, and recognize the differences of the special needs community. My fave book: The Da Vinci Code My fave music: Taxi by Harry Chapin 1 minute about me (hobbies, family, etc.): I love spending time with my wife, teenage daughter and 12 year old son. We are fortunate to live in the South Bay and spend as much time out and about in the community as possible. Despite a frantic schedule, I squeeze in as much golf as I am able. |

What I do for Golden Heart Ranch (role): Secretary What I do in my "real" life: I run a psychologist’s office part-time; I am a co-chair for Peninsula Montessori Parent Association; a Girl Scout Troop Leader; a Docent for Art at Your Fingertips; and run our family household. What I do for a better world: I love to volunteer my time and services whenever possible. My fave book: The New Earth My fave music: Everything from classical to country to rock 1 minute about me (hobbies, family, etc.): I am married to an adoring husband and have two wonderful children: a daughter (6) and son (4). As a family, we love to go boating, snowboarding, dirt bike riding, and camping. There is nothing better than a relaxing day filled with great conversation spent with good friends and loved ones. |

My fave past time: I enjoy 60’s & 70’s music and going to good concerts 1 minute about me (hobbies, family, etc.): We enjoy traveling the highways, visiting historical places and enjoying many of the beautiful sites that mother nature has provided. |

What I do for Golden Heart Ranch: New member of the Board What I do in “real life”: I am a special education attorney in private practice. I represent children with all types of disabilities in education matters. For a Better World: I am the executive Director of the K.E.N. Project a non-profit organization that provides family support, advocacy training, and interactive play dates for families of children with special needs. Fave Book: Any book about children with special needs. Fave Music: Anything by Elvis!! (I am so old!) One minute about me: I am married to a wonderful man and we have Brandon, an adolescent with multiple physical and developmental disabilities. I am also the stepmother to my husband’s adult children and I have two adorable grandchildren, Lily 4 and Clive 6 months! We also have a very large extended family of siblings and nieces and nephews. We all enjoy spending time together! |
